Please be careful!

I’ve spent over £1,000 with this place, only for my treatment to go horribly wrong.

They claim to fix it, but they don’t follow through. I’ve emailed, called, and visited in person still nothing.

Don’t fall into the trap of saying they’ll call and let you know they are very good at sweet talking.

I’ve been waiting over a month and still nothing. I asked for a partial refund, but they haven’t responded.

Edit: Since leaving the review, they were quick to contact me and offer a £250 refund. However, I have to delete this review and sign a form that prohibited me from making any negative comments or taking any action on social media platforms, in-person interactions, written communications, or any other means, direct or indirect.

This explains why they have so many positive reviews; they pay people to delete bad reviews that breach trading standards. Show less »

I recently started my laser hair removal treatment at Shumaila’s Clinic in East Ham and have completed two sessions so far. I’m honestly so glad I found this place. After just my first session, I noticed a clear difference in my hair regrowth. It has slowed down a lot compared with before.

Booked an appointment over the phone on Monday for Saturday. I received the confirmation and on Saturday I received the form to complete prior to the appointment. Upon arrival I was told that the appointment is cancelled. Reason, the doctor can't do it. It shouldn't have been booked in.
I appreciate the honesty, but you wasted my time, my morning/afternoon and my travel cost.
Just as you need 24 hour cancellation notice, out of respect for your customers, this should be reciprocated. Show less »

I had the problem of skin tags both face and neck! I came to Shumaila's in East Ham and was seen by one DR. Indu! The service was excellent and after several sessions of care and expertise all skin tags are completely gone. My skin is clean and this has given me more confidence in myself and wearing nice clothes. Thank you to Dr. INDU......Very professional... Show more »
