I had my treatment done over two sessions, and Ghazala was the therapist who treated me. I was initially concerned because of my sensitive skin, but the service was excellent and handled with great care. Ghazala has been professional & informative throughout my PRP treatment. Shumaila staff at the Chigwell branch are friendly, very professional and know what they a are doing. I went with skin concerns and they recommended the right treatments (things I didn't even know about), they took their time to talk me through the treatments, time to consider and answer all my questions. I get a range of treatments and recommend them all highly, in particular Bushra at the Chigwell branch who is very patient and knowledgeable. My skin is always glowing, its tightened and wrinkles are massively reduced. I feel 10 years younger. Show less »

I’ve had several treatments with Bushera at the Chigwell branch and I’ve been very happy with the results. I have to say Bushera is very informative, gives you all the information, and what to expect from any treatment you enquire about.
