I booked for eyebrow tattoo removal, only to lighten my already faded semi-permanent tattoos. One brow looked slightly darker than the other, which was hardly noticeable, but bothered me. I knew I only needed one session, as I wasn’t looking for a complete removal.
The whole experience was exhausting, and the result is worse, the difference is so obvious I look like an emoji with one brow up.
Here is the problem, this place has the idea of groupon completely wrong, they think it is a bait to lure people in and sell them something like a bazaar. Instead of using the opportunity to create trust and customer satisfaction to ensure returns, they want immediate benefit.
Despite calling them to explain my expectations before purchasing a session on groupon and travelling a long distance for a patch test, the staff held me to an exhausting argument to avoid doing the patch test explaining to me over and over 100 times ‘how I needed more than one session’. After an exhausting 40 min debate and even calling her manager she finally did the patch test. The area she touched for the patch test was cleared of the tattoo, which was nice to see. Unfortunately though in the actual session whatever she did clearly wasn’t even on both brows ( in fact I could feel that it wasn’t even and told her during the session ) , one brow is MUCH darker than the other, forcing me to book another session.

Jayapriya medical practitioner was great during my tattoo removal procedure. I was invited to complete a patch test first then booked the next appointment. Jayapriya medical practitioner was great during my tattoo removal procedure. I was invited to complete a patch test first then booked the next appointment. The process was very easy and Jayapriya explained this in full and checked if I was ok during the procedure to ensure that I wasn't in any pain. Jayapriya was very friendly and put me at ease from start to finish. Jayapriya is the best therapist I have had treatments with for Laser Hair removal. I travel to South Africa often where they are pioneers of this treatment but no one does it as thorough as Jayapriya. She takes care over her treatments and is professional at all times. Very disappointing customer service over the phone. I called this clinic to book a facial and had a detailed conversation about the treatment I wanted. I was told there were two appointments available on the same day, so I booked and paid a deposit. Very disappointing customer service over the phone. I called this clinic to book a facial and had a detailed conversation about the treatment I wanted. I was told there were two appointments available on the same day, so I booked and paid a deposit.

Shortly after, I received a call saying they were already fully booked and would not be able to honor my booking, despite taking my deposit.

There was no accountability— I was simply told that the person I spoke to earlier “might have made a mistake because she’s new.” The lady I spoke to was very rude, which made the experience even worse. I was told that calls are recorded, so the poor service can easily be verified. Show less »
