I would give more stars if I could. Serenity is an amazing place, everyone is very professional and also very kind. My pedicures are always done to a very high standard and today, as I often suffer with grazing after my eyebrow wax, the beautician took the time to use hot wax with a barrier to stop the grazing.

The whole team at Serenity Potters Bar are truly angels! At amazing greeting from the lovely Jan after a long time away saw me booked in for Serenity Flow and gel manicure. It was lovely to meet Kirsty today. She did a superb job on my nails and was quick and efficient. Lovely to chat to her. She was so sweet and friendly. Very pleased my mum made me the apt while I’m on a visit to the uk. My mum is a regular at Serenity and now I can see why. Would highly recommend this salon and will visit again when I can.

Serenity Flow was an incredible experience, deeply relaxing and rejuvenating. The gentle facial, combined with a soothing hot stone massage on my hands, arms, legs and feet was bliss. A huge thank you to Holly for such a wonderful treatment. Felt amazing afterward and had the best nights sleep!

I asked Holly for a firm massage as I had lots of knots in my shoulders and my back. She worked so hard on those knots for me- she must be knackered! I felt like she really knew what she was doing and how to help me best, whilst giving me the experience of a relaxing massage.
