I went to Secret Skin Aesthetics for my first time getting Botox a few weeks ago and I couldn’t fault the experience. Nurse Louise was so lovely, knowledgable and professional, immediately putting you at ease and taking time to understand exactly what you are looking for and giving honest guidance. She takes time to explain everything so you feel in very safe hands with realistic expectations. The treatment itself was quick and easy with very minimal pain and the 2 week follow up was great to make tweaks where needed. She was really thorough, kind and friendly - talking through the treatment expectations and taking her time with the procedure. Nurse Louise seems very knowledgeable and put me at ease, she also gave me some advice and information about other treatments I wanted to enquire about but wasn't pushy with her approach.
