I recently attended Sandon Court Clinic in Plymouth and had a really positive experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. The reception team were friendly and efficient, and I didn’t feel rushed at any point.
The clinician I saw was knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They listened carefully to my concerns and made sure I understood my options before moving forward. The whole appointment felt calm and well-organised.
The clinic itself is clean, comfortable, and easy to find, with a relaxed atmosphere that helps take away any nerves. Overall, I felt genuinely cared for and supported throughout my visit.

The results I have had is amazing. Debbie, who is totally amazing, along with Jess have totally changed not only my body and face into what I wanted, they have given me a self confidence that I thought I would never have. I have complete trust in what they recommend.

You are greeted every week by the lovely Amanda, who is always smiling and makes you feel so welcome and will always remember everything you have chatted about and will be genuinely take an interested in your journey with Sandon.

I had an amazing experience at Sandon Clinic! From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and welcoming. I started with a free consultation to determine the best body treatment for my shape, and my beauty aesthetician Debbie took the time to listen to my concerns and goals.

After following their expert advice, I decided to undergo four sessions of tummy cavitation and tummy sculpting—and I am absolutely mesmerized by the results! I have lost significant fat around my tummy, and I feel so much more confident in my body. What I truly appreciate is the ability to openly discuss my goals with my beauty aesthetician, knowing they genuinely care about helping me achieve the best results.

I have been going here for nearly 3 years for my botox. I decided to opt for lip fillers and although Sandon court was the most expensive (£300) I was confident as I had always been happy with my botox.
Unfortunately, I didnt realise that these are actually 2 very different treatments and being good at one does not mean they will necessarily be good at the other. In total, i have had 4 visits, and i still think they look bad. The first time, they just didnt look any different. I didnt want them huge, but this was like they hadnt been touched.
Went back for a 2 week follow up and this is where it went wrong in my eyes.
More was put in one side than the other and in different areas to sort out a stubborn line. I was shocked at this and they looked uneven when i left. I was told they would look even once settled, but to my mind is lip filling 101 - make them even, put the same in each side and inject in the same places each side. Im no expert but this just seems like common sense when symmetry is the goal. The bit above my lip was bigger on one side and the actual lip looked fuller on the other side, the side with less in...presumably because it was only put into my lip and not the area above it.
Still unhappy after another 2 weeks, i went back. Some of the higher up filler on one side was dissolved, but that area still looks "bumpy" in certain lights. I went back a about 5 days later and one side had a little more added to it to "even them out". Thats 4 visits, another 2 weeks for them to settle and they still look bad, lumpy and uneven. To top it off, I sent an email after the second visit which was ignored - no reply or phone call. I have to go back for my last botox appointment later this year so it was a difficult decision whether or not to write this, but I feel that it needs to be said, lips are not their strong point, even more so for how much they charge for it. Do i regret it? Yes. Short of having them dissolved completely, i dont know what else to do. Photo shows it. This isnt just "one of those things", but the way in which it was done.
