Exquisitely pampered and expertly done! The service is thoughtful and tailored to your requests. Everyone is professional but still very customer oriented. Each time here has been even better than the last. Highly recommend. Worth every pence!

Cut and blow dry and root colour done by Amira. She did a lovely job even staying later than her finish time to ensure I got what I wanted. I'm very pleased with my hair and would recommend

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE FOR ANY HAIR RELATED SERVICE AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! And no replies to emails! My mother went to get keratin treatment and they had said it would alter the colour of her hair very minimally and it ended up completely altered from a dark brown to a copper, it also did not do what it was supposed to as after 2 days the hair was jus... Then, unhappy with the treatment we went back asking for a PARTIAL REFUND SINCE THEY WERE ADAMANT on not giving us a full refund, and they finally settled on saying they’d give a free recolour of the hair.

Then a few days later when the same person that said she’d give my mother a free recolour now asks for £60 for it!? Completely unacceptable customer service, unreliable and unfriendly. Show less »

Such an amazing nail tech, all of the staff are so lovely, no complaints at all, she did everything I asked perfectly. Incredible hospitality, I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a beauty treatment.

Absolutely love my nails, highly recommend SA Beauty. Phaiwan is absolutely brilliant and has outdone herself on my last 3 sets, staff are incredibly friendly and always has a great atmosphere in the shop

They might be good at nails but avoid like the plague for hair. Went for hair straightening keratin treatment and the result after almost three hours was frightening. I suspect the young girl treating me was a trainee, as I got burnt several times and she constantly asked questions of the supervisor. Result was frizzier than before and purple coloured streak... They might be good at nails but avoid like the plague for hair. Went for hair straightening keratin treatment and the result after almost three hours was frightening. I suspect the young girl treating me was a trainee, as I got burnt several times and she constantly asked questions of the supervisor. Result was frizzier than before and purple coloured streaks all over. Staff were very dismissive, a lot of talk in their language going on behind my back. I was offered a free hair colour at a later date but definitely didn't want to risk more damage. As the shop was quite busy I paid up to avoid embarassment and asked for a refund later. With no response I intend to proceed with Trading Standards and possible county court action. Show less »
