I first visited Ruth last year when I was told my B12 was low but the NHS could only offer me six rounds which still left me feeling low and tired after a few weeks. I did a search and could see that Ruth came highly recommended locally.

My first impression of the clinic was that it appeared very clean and tidy. Beautiful location, very light and airy.

Ruth was very calm, professional and took her time with every step. I have since returned several times for a top-up and most recently for Diode laser treatment on my face. Ruth was so informative about the process, talking through the technicalities of the treatment and how it compares to other hair removal practices. The session was painless and again Ruth took her time and even reapplied my makeup so I wouldn’t need to leave bare faced! Ruth has also kindly given me some free samples of a skin product she recommended for my acne prone areas.

I had the microneedling treatment. Ruth was very professional and talked me through the treatment and provided me with some creams to help with my skin problems. Very friendly and knowledgeable lady.

I've had such a positive experience. Can't recommend Ruth enough. So knowledgeable, patient and kind. The dermal fillers were subtle, so I noticed the difference, but no so much that other people commented.
