Every treatment I’ve had has been carried out with the highest level of care and professionalism. Both Romana and Olivia have been absolutely fantastic, friendly, approachable, and highly skilled. They make you feel comfortable and confident throughout the process, which makes all the difference.

I also had a peel with her a while ago, and even though it wasn’t recent I remember how comfy she made the whole thing and how fresh and bright my skin looked after ✨
My latest Hydrafacial was with Olivia and she was just as lovely. Super calm, super professional, took her time and my skin felt so clean and smooth when she was done : )

I always have a great experience here, the staff are all helpful and friendly, very organised and kind. Everytime i come into the clinic all the staff always treat me with kindness. Romana does my treatment and she is always great, very attentive and careful doing the treatment and genuinely cares about my wellbeing during the treatment. I got the chemical eye peel and everytime I'm undergoing the treatment she makes sure to ask multiple times if it feels okay and she also keeps an eye on my skin the whole time throughout the treatment to make sure my skin is not having a reaction. She always makes sure to leave the chemical peel on my skin the exact time that it should be left on. Any questions I have, she always answers and gives advice on what to do and what not to do post treatment. I have noticed romana is very knowledgeable in her profession and cares about customer's safety. I would highly recommend this clinic 💯🌟 I notice improvements in my undereyes after every treatment. My hair growth has reduced by up to 90%—from shaving every week to now only shaving after a whole month, with barely anything to shave! And this is after just one sessio... Show more »

Last month i went in for laser hair removal. I thought it would be painful however the wonderful therapist Romana assured me it would be fine. The results were amazing!! Came in for a hydrafacial and a Swedish massage by Hattie. Both treatments were explained thoroughly before starting and Hattie was very attentive and thorough. The massage was well worth it as she focused on the areas I had discussed that required more attention, relieving any pain and I left feeling so much more relaxed! The hydrafacial is definitely worth doing as my skin looks and feels so much better. The process was explained and any questions I had were answered with thorough knowledge.
The clinic is one of the cleanest and well kept places I have seen and the staff are really friendly and welcoming.
I would certainly recommend any treatments from this clinic as I will surely be attending again! Great work Romana! Show less »
