I always have a great experience here, the staff are all helpful and friendly, very organised and kind. Everytime i come into the clinic all the staff always treat me with kindness. Romana does my treatment and she is always great, very attentive and careful doing the treatment and genuinely cares about my wellbeing during the treatment. I got the chemical eye peel and everytime I'm undergoing the treatment she makes sure to ask multiple times if it feels okay and she also keeps an eye on my skin the whole time throughout the treatment to make sure my skin is not having a reaction. She always makes sure to leave the chemical peel on my skin the exact time that it should be left on. Any questions I have, she always answers and gives advice on what to do and what not to do post treatment. I have noticed romana is very knowledgeable in her profession and cares about customer's safety. I would highly recommend this clinic 💯🌟 I notice improvements in my undereyes after every treatment. Last month i went in for laser hair removal. I thought it would be painful however the wonderful therapist Romana assured me it would be fine. The results were amazing!! The massage was well worth it as she focused on the areas I had discussed that required more attention, relieving any pain and I left feeling so much more relaxed! The hydrafacial is definitely worth doing as my skin looks and feels so much better. The process was explained and any questions I had were answered with thorough knowledge.
The clinic is one of the cleanest and well kept places I have seen and the staff are really friendly and welcoming.
