My sister recommended this salon with the therapist Ellie. My sister has regular waxing with Ellie. I had a treatment in December with Ellie. It was my first time waxing after years and years… I used to wax since I was 18 and having my waxing done with Ellie, she is hands down one of the best therapists I have met throughout my whole waxing lifetime! She is so lovely, welcoming, explained my waxing cycle, was quick and painless and checked to make sure I was okay during treatment. She was also lovely to talk to! I also know all there other services and I’m not a regular waxer no more but i will definitely be back for one of the massage or facials as Ellie also explained her knowledge to me. My daughter and I had a special occasion treat morning where nails were painted and little stickers applied. Ellie could not have been more lovely to my daughter. Its a lovely salon with a great breadth of services

I always come for a massage and a brow and lash bomb here once a month and omg it is the best day out of my month😂 the salons open late most days so I can get there from work which is always handy. It’s always clean to so that’s nice. I’ve had massages from all the girls that work here and they’re all brilliant! They also make a good cup of tea😉😂thanks gi... Show more »

I’ve always had my nails lashes and spray tans done here, the service is immaculate and the salon is always spotless. You can tell all the girls here genuinely like eachother and the vibes are always perfect. If I come into the salon having a bad day I always leave laughing out the door with perfect nails, eyelashes and a perfect tan…I’ve also purchased mult... Show more »

This is hands down the best salon in Chiselhurst …all of the staff are super friendly and kind, and they’re all very good at what they do. You can tell when someone enjoys their job and these women definitely do and it shows through there work. You can tell when someone enjoys their job and these women definitely do and it shows through there work. They go above and beyond for elderly customers which I think is very admirable and are even very well trained to work on children’s nails… I have on several occasions brought my elderly mother and my youngest daughter whose 7 to the salon and we have all gotten our nails done and everytime they come out perfect. My daughter knows all the girls names and constantly asks when we can go back lol. I’ve had massages , facials, eyebrows just about everything done here and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Keep doing an amazing job girls.❤️ The salon itself is always clean and warm and even the cups that they serve hot drinks in are spotless which you don’t get in many salons these days! These girls are always doing something and I just want them to all know how much we as a family appreciate them❤️ Show less »

I enjoy coming to this salon! Me and my friend had our nails done and was very happy with Ellie and Fern. All the staff are friendly and they offer all beauty services and also have a clinic which is an amazing all in 1 place to go for all your treatments. Thank you😀

All the girls are too young in this salon. They have 2 new girls which are so inexperienced and it’s not a great look. I just think that if your paying £95 for a massage or £50 for a manicure, you would expect high quality work for the money your paying in Chislehurst! just had my gel nails done at this salon and it was an awful experience. The technician took an hour and a half to do a simple gel application (no manicure included) it was obvious she had no idea what she was doing. She seemed completely inexperienced. The products they used were poor quality: the gel looked old, applied unevenly, and the colour even varies from nail to nail. It’s honestly a joke.

The receptionist was also unprofessional and lacked basic customer service skills. On top of that, when I called, they told me the appointment would cost £30, but I was charged £40. Show less »

I love coming to this salon ! Whether it’s waxing, electrolysis, facial or a massage I am always given a warm welcome and a wonderful experience . Ellie is lovely and Amanda is always so accommodating.

I really wanted to like this place, but I left very disappointed. I came in for a gel pedicure and removal, expecting a relaxing experience, but instead it was rather painful. They remove gel by soaking your toes in polish remover and file away the remaining gel (totally normal). However, when the tech filed the gel off she also filed my skin around my toes.... Show more »

They remove gel by soaking your toes in polish remover and file away the remaining gel (totally normal). However, when the tech filed the gel off she also filed my skin around my toes. So much so I started bleeding. Even a day later, my toes are still sore. On top of that, the gel was applied so far up my toes it already looks grown out. I’m not sure if I just had an inexperienced tech or if this is the norm here, but either way, it was not the quality I was hoping for. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning. Show less »

I had a spray tan for the first time - I know, where have I been? Ellie was lovely. She made me feel very comfortable and explained the treatment fully. It’s such a lovely intimate salon as well. The girls all have time for you. Every treatment is relaxing.

Lovely little salon in the heart of Chislehurst, which has been newly refurbed. I have all my treatments with Ellie who is a competent and very friendly beauty therapist. Treatments that I had done include facials, massages, manicures and pedicures, and all have been to a high standard. I always leave the salon happy! So thank you Ellie and to all the staff...
