Absolutely Horrific Experience – Avoid at All Costs

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after this traumatic experience, I feel obligated to warn others. I booked a lip filler appointment with this woman after seeing her polished, professional-looking page on social media. Don’t be fooled — it’s all smoke and mirrors.

From the start, communication was terrible. After I paid my deposit, she changed my appointment multiple times and barely responded to messages. On the actual day, I arrived early to a closed salon. I waited 20 minutes, calling and texting with no response. Just as I was about to leave, she finally replied with a blunt “come round the back.” No actual direction or customer care.

What followed was bizarre and incredibly unprofessional. I was led through a back door behind a car park, through what looked like a storage area where another client was already on the bed getting treated. There was no reception area, no hygiene protocols, and no gloves or handwashing when she applied numbing cream to my lips.

She didn’t ask me what I wanted. I had to tell her I didn’t want a big top lip. The treatment took less than five minutes, during which she bragged about how “quick” she is — it honestly felt rushed, careless, and even dangerous. My lips turned blue and swollen on the spot, which she tried to dismiss as “normal.” I’ve had lip filler done for years and that has never happened. For WEEKS, I had a massive blue bruise on my face due to her actions. She was aggressive and completely reckless.

Even then, the result was unbalanced. I mentioned that my bottom lip looked untouched, but she brushed it off and claimed it was just swelling — despite the fact that she had stabbed my top lip repeatedly.

To top it all off, she charged me £20 more than what we agreed. At that point, I just wanted to get out of there.

Fast forward a few weeks and my lips have now settled, and I have a huge lump on the left side, plus a distorted Cupid’s bow that looks like a bad allergic reaction. I reached out, explained everything (even politely), and rather than take any accountability, she sent me her bank details asking for a new deposit. When I questioned why I’d be paying again to fix her mistake, she had the audacity to quote me £100 to dissolve the filler — the same filler she botched.

No apology. No remorse. No professionalism.

This experience has left me genuinely traumatised and scared to ever get lip fillers again, which is devastating since this has never happened to me before. I later found out other women had similar experiences — I wish I had listened to those reviews.

If you’re considering her based on her Instagram and seemingly positive testimonials, please think twice. The reality behind the scenes is dangerous, unsanitary, and dishonest. What she’s doing feels more like a conveyor belt than a safe aesthetic service. Don’t risk it. I certainly won’t ever be going back & I will be taking this further. Show less »
