I Was quite quite apprehensive going for waxing due to previous bad experiences elsewhere however immediately I was made comfortable, everything was explained to me at each step and why some areas hurt more than others etc. Roja also made sure to check on me continuously throughout to make sure I was okay. I’ve had 3 sessions so far with roja and the difference is noticeable already as someone with very dark and thick hair and now I Wouldn't go to anyone else, her professionalism and compassion is second to none.
