My five year old daughter had her ears piercing today she’s is totally 💯 over the moon not one tear drop from her which I was not expecting. excellent staff and a nice atmosphere for my daughter well done too your beauty salon staff excellent job 👌🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I wanted to have my hair dyed last summer and tried to contact the salon via phone, which wasnt being answered Then i decided to contact them through messenger as i had a 1 year old that was being fussy so i felt messaging would be more convenient than a rushed phone call. I wanted to have my hair dyed last summer and tried to contact the salon via phone, which wasnt being answered
Then i decided to contact them through messenger as i had a 1 year old that was being fussy so i felt messaging would be more convenient than a rushed phone call. Firstly, she took ages replying and didnt respond to some of my messages until i messaged her again. Then she asked me to send a picture to see what my natural hair is like which i did. After that she didnt respond despite me messaging her. It felt REALLY awkward because she asked for a picture which i sent (in a way, i sent it to a total stranger whom i havent met) trusting that she wanted it for a reason but then she didnt respond and ignored my messages.. I mean.. it was just a straightforward consultation and i dont understand why someone who specializes in hair would act so unprofessional.. Show less »

Really friendly service and reasonable prices. I am really happy with the extensions and the eyebrow threading/tinting. As I am new to the area I was a little late but they were so accomodating - looking forward to my next appointment.

I was running late and got to Roop salon around 10 minutes late.Aliyah was dead good about it and said not to worry.Went in and the lovely Aliyah coloured my hair,i just left it to her and let her work her magic on me. Hospitality was great.was offered a cup of tea.The lovely sarah was nice and chatty.Lovely atmosphere!! Love going to this salon,even though... Show more »

Extra fast doing my eyebrows resulted in lots of cuts also had the audacity to charge £7 for eyebrow threading! The place I usually go too she is more professional and better and charges half than that!
