OMG! Never bee to Otterbourne before, Met with road closures, explored parts of Hampshire courtesy of my sat nav that I'd not been to before! Phoned the wrong salon to say I was en route but, where on that route, I had no idea. Landed 20 minutes late!! Met by lovely people, Nicole & Sinead. They jiggled appts. to make it work! As always, great people, great advice. Came up with a plan courtesy of Sinead that I know will give me the results the past 12 months have. Just a lovely experience all around. And the salon is amazing! Can't wait for 2026. I know the rest of life might fall apart but my face will only be going up! Happy days, can't wait. Show less »

Went for a facial consultation, before I committed to treatment and it was so interesting. Everything was explained to me so thoroughly, allowed me to ask questions and gave me recommendations on my skincare regime! I’ve booked myself in for a hydrafacial and I’m really looking forward to it and the journey of better of skin!

Sinead was absolutely wonderful - knowledgable, personable and the best facial I have ever had. My skin is positively glowing and I feel thoroughly relaxed and refreshed, just what my face needed. Can’t recommend enough ⭐️

Louise the therapist with brilliant. The forest ritual was exactly what I needed. Massage and a facial combined. Very relaxing and she explained everything really well. The only thing that let the experience down slightly is a lack of sound proofing making it slightly harder to relax. But overall a great experience and I would go back.

I had the most blissful massage with Louise. She was so attentive to my needs and did all she could to ensure my comfort. The massage bed was the most comfortable one I've ever been on! I highly recommend Richmond House and Louise!! Thank you.

The best I have ever had my nails done. Poppy was great at helping me choose the colour I wanted. The colour is perfect, exactly what I wanted. Love the little touch of being able to have a drink and a biscuit. All the girls were lovely!

I had a Voya massage with Louise gifted to me for my birthday and it was the most amazing 90 minutes! I haven’t felt that relaxed in a very long time and will 100% be booking in again as soon as I can. Louise is incredible at what she does and is so welcoming and professional, as is Richmond House itself.

Booked in for a manicure today! I’m a nurse so I don’t get my nails done that often I booked in for a French manicure and my nails look the best they ever have! The girl did an amazing job and I also had a pedicure done as one of the girls had a cancelation. Lovely treat before my holiday! Thank you so much!

I've been twice now and each time had a lovely experience! It's definitely a place to go for a treat, as it's pricier than a lot of other salons, but I felt the overall experience is worth it.
