I had an appointment booked for my 3rd session of hair removal and arrived at the clinic and found this eviction notice. I have tried several times to call and emailed both email addresses I could find with no success.
I have been asked to pay half on my patch day and then the rest in my first appointment.
I wish I hadn’t pay in advance, we all have been scammed by this company. I can’t believe this can still happen in 2024…
I will be taking legal action to receive a refund of what I paid. Show less »

I went for a patch test in June, and was asked to pay the full amount for a package on that day. I said I wished to wait to see if I had a reaction and to consider if this was right for me before paying. This was accepted reluctantly. I booked an appointment for my first session around 4 weeks in advance. I arrived today to see, as others have, an eviction notice on the doors. I’m just thankful I did not pay my money prior to the first session. Show less »

Akhanksha , right from the start, was polite and professional, as everyone always has been.
Subsequently, the care I have received from Anna during my treatment was one I've not experienced before. She took much longer than previous treatments had in other clinic, as she took care to go over all the areas thoroughly and took time to cool my skin down. I've always questioned the previous treatments as they've felt rushed. The 5 minute cooling down period at the end was a pleasant finish.
This is the first time it had felt as though I got what I paid for.
Stella took her time, covered all areas well, and kept me informed during my treatment.
Quite simply, a credit to the team.

I went for a session for underarm hair removal and had the lovely Anamaria for the first time, and can say that I will only be booking with her from now on! She was amazing, super informative and you could tell that she had a lot of experience. Ana took her time to explain the ins and outs of laser hair removal, as well as the best aftercare to do in between... Show more »

I went for a session for underarm hair removal and had the lovely Anamaria for the first time, and can say that I will only be booking with her from now on! She was amazing, super informative and you could tell that she had a lot of experience. This is something that I feel like I haven’t had with other therapists at this specific store. She even convinced me to book another package, so I cannot wait to continue my laser journey with her!
