I'm absolutely thrilled to have found Regents Park Aesthetics in Berkhamsted. I go in for laser tattoo and hair removal treatments with Anna (which aren't that comfortable obviously) but somehow the team here makes it a fun experience that I genuinely look forward to - they are an absolute delight and we always have a great laugh - more like a girls day out really. They also genuinely care about results - it doesn't feel like a "business", and Kelly has been incredibly kind in rescheduling / accommodating me when I've needed changes made. I've had poor results at other clinics who have overpromised and underdelivered, but the team here researches and adapts to provide me with the best results possible - all while being completely transparent. I would come here for any future aesthetic treatments without hesitation, and highly highly recommend! Show less »

The place wasnt easily found but was very welcoming and clean.Anna was absolutely fantastic. First time treatments can feel stiff or awkward at times but she made it feel like you are isiting your friends house, while remaining professional. From the moment I stepped into Regents Park Aesthetics, I felt welcome and comfortable having been greeted warmly by Kelly, the clinic coordinator.. Kay, my aesthetic practitioner, came through to reception to greet me and take me through to the treatment room. She immediately put me at my ease, chatting and showing a genuine interest in me. Treatments were talked through very professionally, with questions encouraged and answered fully with a warm respect. Subsequently, my treatment was agreed upon with a follow up appointment as part of the initial appointment. I would highly recommend Kay for her experience, professionalism and her empathy. I would highly recommend Regents Park Aesthetics Berkhamsted. From the moment I stepped into the clinic and was warmly greeted by Kelly on reception and then met Kay for my treatment I felt relaxed and in safe hands. Kay explained everything carefully and answered any questions. I am delighted with the results and will continue to go there in the future.
