I have been visiting Heather for years. She is knowledgeable personable and incredibly honest and patient. Heather is fantastic at her craft. She listens to your concerns and together a plan is made. She's very thorough, explains what she is doing and why in a clear, concise way. Her aftercare is just as important to her. Heather is a beautiful soul, inside and out and we all NEED a Heather in our life ❤️

can’t recommend Refine Aesthetics and Heather enough! From the moment I walked into the clinic I felt completely at ease. The space is modern, clean, and welcoming, and Heather herself is so warm and professional. She took the time to really listen to what I wanted, explained every step of the treatment clearly, and gave me honest advice without ever pushing anything unnecessary.

The results are exactly what I hoped for — natural, subtle, and balanced. I still look like myself, just refreshed and more confident. What impressed me most was Heather’s eye for detail and her commitment to making sure everything looked perfect before I left.

I also really appreciated the aftercare guidance. She checked in to make sure I was healing well and was always approachable if I had any questions. It’s rare to find someone you can trust completely with aesthetic treatments, but Heather is definitely that person.
