I’m writing on behalf of my mum. My mum even brought her extensions with her which were sort of an icy blonde colour and asked for her hair to be dyed the same colour as her extensions to match. My mums hair went orange and they did not correct it and let her walk out like that. I think the hairdresser was called lettie or lottie. I never write bad reviews but I had to as this is outrageous and horrible. My mums english is not great but if she brings in extensions im sure any hairdresser would pick up its blonde and not orange. Awful service. Not to be expected in blackheath at all. Show less »

This was the 1st time i had used this salon and i can 100% guarantee i will be back. i’ve used the same hairdresser for years and she got my hair exactly how i wanted it. unfortunately she moved away so tried another who i can only say ruined all her hard work !! i had my appointment with Letty and she has made me feel human again !! honest and spent time...
