Booked for my daughter after GP was unable to help. Was very easy to book the High Street Kensington clinic and the nurse was amazing. She was knowledgeable and no hard sell. She gave us time to consider and was able to answer every question. A very professional service, I would absolutely recommend.

Amazing staff. It was a warm day and the reception kindly offered us and the kids water as soon as we came in. We were swiftly taken away to the room where the health care professional (Sadia) gave us great advice and administered the vaccinations to the kids and helped us schedule all the follow up vaccinations.

I love Lucy !! If you are nervous of injections ( I hate even writing the word!) then I couldn’t recommend this clinic more , from booking through to the appointment it was seamless , they took my worries really seriously and couldn’t have done more to make me feel comfortable. It’s a very quick and professional place for travel vaccines. The nurse was well-informed, polite and extremely helpful in answering all my questions. The setup was clean and organised , which made the whole process smooth and reassuring. Highly recommend for anyone needing travel vaccinations!

I went to LVC (Liverpool Street Clinic) for a post-exposure rabies vaccination (one dose), and was seen by Annie. She was calm, clear, and professional. I appreciated how she explained everything and made the whole process feel simple and safe. It really helped at a stressful moment. Five stars go to Annie. Thank you.
