I was so impressed with the quality of my full acrylic set of nails and the level of detail the team put into my manicure. The nail art is also so delicate and beautiful, I've never been so happy! I can't stop looking at my nails! They've definitely gotten a new monthly customer, already can't wait for my next appointment.

I don’t understand how this place has 5 stars. Went in for a manicure, wasn’t seen to til 15 mins later. This is fine if the manicure was worth it - it’s not. Everything was rushed, manicure was done hastily probably because they were running late. I had to tidy up my cuticles at home and the gel didn’t even last longer than a week.

The worst part is the hygiene here - the counters are not cleaned after every customer, in fact they didn’t look like they were cleaned since the morning. So much acrylic/nail dust everywhere, tools didn’t look like they’re cleaned after every customer, and the manicurist even used *used* paper towel to wipe my nails off, can clearly see it was used before as it had stains and folded so it can be reused! Love Queen T. By far best place to get your nails done in the area. The staff are so kind and they do some amazing nail art that I haven’t seen anywhere else in the area; they’re so reasonably priced too. Couldn’t recommend enough. Thank you ❤️

Lovely team always makes you feel welcome, clean and pleasant space and the best nails in Hertfordshire. Got my friends to join booking with them and they all love it. Jo is a sweetheart with such an impeccable attention to details. Love my nails!
