I don’t understand how this place has 5 stars. Went in for a manicure, wasn’t seen to til 15 mins later. This is fine if the manicure was worth it - it’s not. I don’t understand how this place has 5 stars. Went in for a manicure, wasn’t seen to til 15 mins later. This is fine if the manicure was worth it - it’s not. Everything was rushed, manicure was done hastily probably because they were running late. I had to tidy up my cuticles at home and the gel didn’t even last longer than a week.

The worst part is the hygiene here - the counters are not cleaned after every customer, in fact they didn’t look like they were cleaned since the morning. So much acrylic/nail dust everywhere, tools didn’t look like they’re cleaned after every customer, and the manicurist even used *used* paper towel to wipe my nails off, can clearly see it was used before as it had stains and folded so it can be reused!
