I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience at Qai Aesthetics. I had the skin booster and under-eye refresh treatments, and the difference in my skin has been incredible.

From the very first consultation, I felt genuinely listened to. Everything was explained clearly, and I appreciated how honest and thorough she was about what would suit my face. I never felt rushed or pressured — just completely comfortable and reassured.

As a typical ape like man who did the bare minimum in terms of skincare and flawed with acne scars and dark circles I decided to begin my journey to improve these areas as well as my daily routine. I went for several consultations with other aestheticians which left me underwhelmed and resigned me to continue living as I did. They charged for a simple consultations but even before analysing my skin, they began presenting extortionate prices without any detailed plan of what the treatment journey would be like. I came across Qai Aesthetics on a insta post and was hesitant due to my previous experiences, even more so coming from east London and having to travel across London but I decided to take a punt on a consultation. Best decision ever!!

Samira was a breath of fresh air, she had no hard sell, she was genuine, sincere and immediately likeable. Even before agreeing any sort of purchase I advised her of the skincare products I brought but never used and she happily without any purchase of any of her treatments decided to put together a weekly skin care regime for me. I decided a couple weeks later to invest in her back in October 2024 and I have never looked back since.

I have had treatments for both my dark circles and acne scarring with Samira and I have seen noticeable improvements with both. I have recommended friends who have began their journey with Samira and they have not looked back either. If you're reading this, take the leap of faith with her and you too won't regret it.
