I had lip filler at Prim & Pampered in May 2025. The results were lumpy and asymmetrical and did not settle over six months. I had to pay £250 for corrective treatment at another clinic on 12th November 2025. I was not asked to complete a consent form prior to the procedure, and I am unclear on the practitioner’s qualifications for injectable treatments.... Show more »

I had lip filler at Prim & Pampered in May 2025. The results were lumpy and asymmetrical and did not settle over six months.

I had to pay £250 for corrective treatment at another clinic on 12th November 2025.

I was not asked to complete a consent form prior to the procedure, and I am unclear on the practitioner’s qualifications for injectable treatments.

I requested a refund for the unsatisfactory treatment, but the clinic has refused to take responsibility or reimburse the cost of corrective treatment.

The staff here are warm, professional, and attentive. They go above and beyond to ensure you’re comfortable and satisfied with the results. This place is a hidden gem and now officially my go-to for both brows and pedis.
