I was a repeat customer at Prim and Pampered. I had lip filler administered by Huma because I trusted her but unfortunately the results were lumpy and asymmetrical and did not settle over six months.

I had to pay £250 for corrective treatment at another clinic on 12th November 2025.

I was not asked to complete a consent form prior to the procedure, and I am unclear on the practitioner’s qualifications for injectable treatments.

I requested a refund for the unsatisfactory treatment, but the clinic has refused to take responsibility or reimburse the cost of corrective treatment.

I hope this feedback helps others make an informed choice. Please be warned, if you have a treatment that goes wrong here she doesn’t care whether you are a first time consumer or a loyal customer. Not once did I receive an apology and she behaved incredibly rudely and unprofessionally when I raised my concern.

I was told 2 months after the procedure when I first had issues to ‘just massage’ so I had months of poor confidence until I could afford to rectify. She did not even acknowledge the issue when it is first raised, you cannot trust her.

If filler is injected wrong, the results can be severe including necrosis. Mine was bad enough but at least it could be resolved by hyaluronidase.

Prim and pampered do not care, Huma is a business woman first and foremost. Show less »

Thank you huma for doing my Botox and fillers. I’ve already recommended her to family and friends and work colleagues for her good work, and they are all using her services and are very happy. She did a very good job and was careful and very professional and explained everything clearly. I feel very confident and young and happy again thanks to huma!

She is my monthly go to for facials for acne treatment, monthly top up facials to keep my skin in like and for body waxing. I am extremely satisfied with the services. Show less »

My experience here made me realise the importance of speaking up for yourself, which I regret not doing at the time of my appointment.

I made an online booking for a wash, cut and blow-dry for 10:30am on a Saturday. I called on the same day of making the apt that I would like to come at 11am instead, which the receptionist confirmed. I did not receive an email confirmation but I assumed it would be okay since I spoke to them over the phone personally.

Day of the apt comes and I arrive. As I walk in and confirm with the receptionist, another lady walks in and claims she has an apt for hair at the same time as mine with the same hairdresser (the owner, also seeming to be the only hairdresser available that day). This was confusing as I confirmed my apt over the phone a week prior. Not only this, but the owner isn’t even in the salon as she is running late. I’m not unthoughtful of this as I understand life happens, but it was still unprofessional.

To add, the receptionist gives me the owners personal phone no. and requests me to call her to see where she is as the receptionist was also busy. Although I did as she asked, this is extremely unprofessional as I should not be in the position to ask where my hairdresser is, let alone call her on her personal number.

Mind you, in the back of my head I’m still anxious due to the double booking, but I try to be understanding of this and not cause a fuss.

15mins later and the owner arrives. I quickly learn that the woman she “double booked” me with seemed actually to be a friend or long-time client of hers in which she, on the whim, agreed to do her hair on a last minute basis despite me having a booked apt. Again, very unprofessional.

Luckily, the owner takes me first and starts on my hair. Throughout the appointment she attempts to make a lot of small talk likely to try and build my trust and a rapport, which I reluctantly go along with as I did not have the energy not to. I just wanted to get my hair done and be out.

As she begins washing my hair, she makes comments on the current state of it which comes across as covertly rude and unprofessional. She asks why theres a patchy of blue in my mostly black hair (since I dyed it myself previously and it was fading) and even says something along the lines of “Why is your hair so thin even though you’re so young”. Regrettably, I laugh and joke along with this, but in hindsight I realise how insulting it comes across as it’s frankly none of her business to be commenting on as if I’m someone close to her like her daughter. I struggled with an eating disorder in my teens which is part of why my hair thinned out, so again it is insensitive to comment on a stranger she doesn’t know. The apt is also not for any sort of colouring or bleaching so the comment on the colour is unnecessary.

As she cuts my hair, I request no layers in it as I always regret them when I do. She proceeds to tell me something along the lines of “You’re too young to not have layers. let just put some face framing ones”. Again, this is unprofessional as I did not ask for layers or for her opinion, I just wanted a trim. Once again, I gave in and allowed her to do as she wished. I regret this now as I naturally have curlier hair which I’m trying to recover, and the face framing layers only make my hair look shorter which I don’t like.

Although I’m at fault for not speaking up during my apt, it doesn’t negate the fact that the salon appears as unprofessional and an unpleasant environment to be in unless you’re known/close to the staff.

The only positive was the lady who threaded my eyebrows on the same day, who was kind and did her job correctly. Sadly I do not remember her name, however I was pleased with this service.

To summarise, I would avoid coming here if you’re someone like me who struggles to speak up for what you want or require in a service, as well as if you’re someone who expects a professional experience. I have had better experiences in other salons and will be returning to them regardless of the higher price point. Show less »

I wanted to get a haircut for mu birthday after work, and saw the nearest one to morden station. I am so happy that I took the shot to try a new place. Huma has been absolutely lovely. I left on her to decide the haircut and has delivered excellent service.

Had an amazing Green Peel treatment with Huma! She was professional, kind, and really knew how to work with my Indian brown skin. My tan faded noticeably, and my skin looks brighter and more even just a few days after the session. Highly recommend her for anyone looking for safe and effective skin lightening. Thank you, Huma!

My brows have never looked better—perfectly shaped, clean, and natural-looking. The technician took her time and clearly has an expert eye for detail. As for the pedicure… wow! It was not only meticulous but incredibly soothing. My feet feel pampered, polished, and genuinely rejuvenated.

The staff here are warm, professional, and attentive. They go above and beyond to ensure you’re comfortable and satisfied with the results. This place is a hidden gem and now officially my go-to for both brows and pedis.

Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-tier service and a little luxury in their day. Truly exceptional and absolutely lovely! Show less »
