Went for a 30min Express Hydra facial and the treatment only lasted for 10min. The lady was more keen to sell other treatments. This was my second time there and Wouldn’t recommend. The lady at the reception was very knowledgeable about the products and received a good service from her.

I’ve been visiting Premier Laser Kingston for around two years and have always received friendly, welcoming service from the staff. Their facials and skin laser treatments are excellent and consistently high quality. I couldn’t recommend them enough, especially for anyone looking for a reliable skin clinic in the area.

I got microneedling done here. The staff were lovely and the procedure was done well. I was not a fan of the constant pushing of buying more procedures and products. Even on the consultation the lady tried to push me to buy 2 extra procedures. Then every time I went back it was ‘the treatment won’t work without this product’. You should be told this when boo... I am not happy at all with the service here.
I was calling them to say that I can’t come, but no one answered. The call kept getting put on hold. Then I myself called and cancelled, and the staff said, “You can call anytime to rebook your appointment.”

But when I called to rebook, they said, “You don’t have any pending booking.”

Since I had already paid in advance, this feels like fraud.

Even after 9 appointments, I have even more hair on my face, and it has left so many marks—you can’t even imagine.

So next time, guys, don’t pay before your appointment.
They only cancel your service and take your money. Show less »

It was my first time doing laser hair removal in my private area and I was feeling uncomfortable but the lady explained to me very well what she is doing , how she is doing it. I feel so nice when she made me relax!! I forgot her name but she is very young in her 20. I will ask about her name on my second appointment. Thank you !!
