I was a bit nervous going in, but the technician was incredibly professional, friendly, and made me feel completely at ease by explaining every step. The treatment itself was much more comfortable than I expected—quick, manageable, and not painful. The clinic was clean and welcoming, and I felt well taken care of the entire time. Shireen was very knowledgeable, professional and i feel like genuinely knew what she was talking about in regard to the treatment. I love it here! Staff are always lovely, I’ve had laser hair from multiple technicians and they are all professional, friendly and excellent at their jobs. I definitely see clear results and has been a life saver as I have super thick hair. I used to wax and laser is so much better - no ingrowns, hair actually grows back thinner/patchy, takes 15 mins, minim... Show more »

When I later gained access to my online account, I discovered multiple inaccuracies, including fewer sessions (8 instead of 10) and sessions that did not occur being recorded as used. I raised thi... I purchased a package of 10 sessions for a service. At the time of purchase, I did not receive a confirmation email or invoice, despite repeatedly requesting one. When I later gained access to my online account, I discovered multiple inaccuracies, including fewer sessions (8 instead of 10) and sessions that did not occur being recorded as used.

I raised this issue with the Clapham clinic and requested an investigation. Instead of investigating, I repeatedly received responses that restated the incorrect information in their system.
This has been ongoing for months without resolution, including them sending me someone else’s purchase details as ‘evidence’ that I bought something different.

I then escalated the matter to head office. I sent detailed emails in October, November, and December requesting an investigation and follow-up, but received no response. I continue to be ignored, as if this is a minor issue – they have effectively stolen over £300 from me, and I have not even received the courtesy of an apology.

At this stage, the problem is no longer just poor record-keeping but a complete lack of accountability and response from customer support. I had previously recommended London Premier Laser to friends, but this experience has left me very concerned about how payments, packages, and complaints are handled. I am sharing this review in the hope of preventing others from facing a similar situation.

I hope the company will take this feedback seriously and address both the inaccuracies in customer accounts and the failure to respond to formal escalations, though I doubt it will. Show less »

Other than Dee, who has been exceptionally helpful throughout my laser treatment I’ll be happy to see the back of this clinic! Staff turnover is high and it’s so difficult to get continuity with therapists staff, etc. booked in with a different therapist once again then threatened with the 48 hour cancellation policy when wanting to have continuity with the... Staff turnover is high and it’s so difficult to get continuity with therapists staff, etc. booked in with a different therapist once again then threatened with the 48 hour cancellation policy when wanting to have continuity with the same person. As someone who works in healthcare myself, continuity is important build a rapport and makes you feel comfortable as a client. It should be the priority! Really exceptional clinic, great management and staff. Galina is amazing for laser - highly professional, makes you feel at ease, friendly and efficient. I’m a repeated customer and have been with the clinic for many years and never had any complaints!

I am very happy with the clinic. Everyone is extremely welcoming and make you feel so comfortable. I have been seen by Huma and she is absolutely amazing!!! Ive already started seeing results with my ongoing laser treatment. Definitely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for great customer service, and great results.
