I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Eva at Permanent Cosmetics for my Ombré powder brows treatment.

I came to Eva after having a disappointing microblading experience elsewhere that left me with uneven, oddly shaped brows in shades that were far too deep to tackle. From the moment I walked in, Eva took the time to thoroughly explain what could realistically be achieved, setting honest and grounded expectations. Her extensive knowledge and experience in cosmetic treatments immediately put me at ease and gave me confidence in her abilities.

Eva worked meticulously to address the issues from my previous treatment, carefully shaping and perfecting my brows to achieve the most even result possible. I was truly amazed by the transformation - I never imagined such a dramatic improvement was possible! The final result exceeded all my expectations, and I can honestly say her work is nothing short of artistry.

Beyond her technical skills, Eva's warm and reassuring personality made all the difference. I arrived feeling quite anxious about the procedure, but her friendly approach and genuine care put me completely at ease. By the time I left, I felt calm, confident, and absolutely delighted with my decision to have my Ombré powder brows done with her.

Eva is EXCELLENT. I highly recommend her. I had the Ombre brows treatment. Before the treatments Eva was swift and thorough in her responses to my questions. In the patch test appointment she was reassuring and again thorough in her explanation of the treatment and what will happen on treatment day. My new brows - LOVE THEM!!!! Eva picked the perfect colour for my skin and hair colour. The shape of my eyebrows are exactly how i wanted them. I get loads of compliments on my new brows.
