The worst experience I had since I been to there other clinic for a facial my skin got really sensitive I believe that they damaged the skin barrier. Then decided to transfer to this clinic in Bolton and the lady there gave me a cream for my acne and said apply it all over the skin and avoid your eyes area which I did. Then a week later I returned back with a skin full of clocked pores and massive pores on my checks and forehead. However, the lady who works there went I will have to check your before pictures and get back to you and she never done and that was about 4 years ago and I was too young but I definitely taking them to court because they ruined my skin since. I went here last year for mole removal. I was originally quoted £600, but when I arrived, I was charged £700 instead because I was told my mole was “deep rooted” and they didn’t want it to grow back. Unfortunately, the treatment has left me with a noticeable dent and scar in my face, which looks even worse than before.

Since then, I have visited other clinics and have been quoted between £200–£300 for mole removal using laser, with no scars or dents afterwards. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had — extremely overpriced and with a result that has left me permanently unhappy. I feel it was a complete waste of money, and now I’m left with a scar instead of a smooth result. Show less »
