My 5 stars are not necessarily for Perfect Smile as a surgery, personally I don’t think it’s as good as it was a few years ago. However, over the last year or so I’ve been lucky enough to have Karishma as my dentist and she is very good. She always explains everything that needs to be done and has a great personality. Wonderful experience. From registering my kids, Raja (the receptionist) made the process easyand seamless and the appointment was promptly. Dr. Licinea and the dental nurse Rhizra were fantastic, kids usually afraid of the dentist but with thus excellent team they enjoyed the visit very much, and they really went the extra mile by accommodating my youngest b... From registering my kids, Raja (the receptionist) made the process easyand seamless and the appointment was promptly.
Dr. Licinea and the dental nurse Rhizra were fantastic, kids usually afraid of the dentist but with thus excellent team they enjoyed the visit very much, and they really went the extra mile by accommodating my youngest by checking her again as she went first and was very happy and wanted to be checked again and start crying, and they did that for her, which is very much appreciated 🙏🏼

We had a really positive experience here recently when we took our two boys (4 and 2 years old) for a check up.

Taking your child to the dentist is never something you really look forward to but this visit was really good.

From the moment we arrived the staff were welcoming and friendly. The waiting area was clean and not over crowded. Our boys like to play with cars on the floor and can be a bit noisy but the lady on the reception desk was delightful as she engaged with us and our children.

We didn't at any point feel like we were a burden or causing a disturbance. Thank you!!

Then when my boys had their check ups, the dentist and assistant/nurse were really good at being friendly and gentle with my boys. They did everything slowly and carefully and explained everything as they went.

I would recommend this dental surgery to anyone, but especially those with little ones! Show less »
