I've been using this practice for many years and have to say that every time I go I see a different dentist because the previous has left. Now the nice hygienist has also departed and everything now feels rushed to get the next paying customer in the chair. They then tried to charge for treatments I've already paid for.

Always very efficient. Receptionist is very helpful and acknowledges appointments immediately. The dentist explains all treatments thoroughly and willingly answers any questions. My experience has always been very positive and encouraging.

Karishma is absolutely amazing! She has so much patience, friendly & calming. My daughters have had her as their dentist for a few years & honestly she is great!

My dentist Miss K. Shah, is such a wonderful lady. I have never had a dentist make me feel so comfortable and be so patient with me, taking the time to calm my nerves, does not judge, just wants to help. I’m very thankful for her and her lovely nurse Silvia. I recommend her to absolutely everyone!

Great dental services received, no complaints. Reception staff are delightful, and very welcoming! The only thing I’d mention is the first time we attended with our children there was some highly explicit music playing on the Bluetooth speaker in the waiting room right next to my kids (8 and 2). Subsequently it’s just been the radio, so that’s good.

We had a really positive experience here recently when we took our two boys (4 and 2 years old) for a check up.
Taking your child to the dentist is never something you really look forward to but this visit was really good.

We had a really positive experience here recently when we took our two boys (4 and 2 years old) for a check up.
Taking your child to the dentist is never something you really look forward to but this visit was really good.
From the moment we arrived the staff were welcoming and friendly. The waiting area was clean and not over crowded. Our boys like to play with cars on the floor and can be a bit noisy but the lady on the reception desk was delightful as she engaged with us and our children.
We didn't at any point feel like we were a burden or causing a disturbance. Thank you!!
Then when my boys had their check ups, the dentist and assistant/nurse were really good at being friendly and gentle with my boys. They did everything slowly and carefully and explained everything as they went.
I would recommend this dental surgery to anyone, but especially those with little ones! Show less »
