Today, arriving to the practice, we were greeted by Roja, the very friendly receptionist who helped in listening to our wish and being so approachable, she even went the extra mile and gave my toddler some colouring to do, while we were waiting for our turn. Today, arriving to the practice, we were greeted by Roja, the very friendly receptionist who helped in listening to our wish and being so approachable, she even went the extra mile and gave my toddler some colouring to do, while we were waiting for our turn. Dr Andrew the dentist, and his assistant Khizra were absolutely brilliant and friendly, also very professional, during our appointment. My toddler was seen for a very needed checkup, (she had previous not so great experience) and with their very kind and playful approach, she has allowed for treatment to be carried out, and she was very brave, she also enjoyed the stickers at the end, and her tooth is saved for now, which I am so grateful for. Thank you kindly for the great positive experience and for the advice. My 5 stars are not necessarily for Perfect Smile as a surgery, personally I don’t think it’s as good as it was a few years ago. However, over the last year or so I’ve been lucky enough to have Karishma as my dentist and she is very good. She always explains everything that needs to be done and has a great personality. However, over the last year or so I’ve been lucky enough to have Karishma as my dentist and she is very good. She always explains everything that needs to be done and has a great personality. Dr. Licinea and the dental nurse Rhizra were fantastic, kids usually afraid of the dentist but with thus excellent team they enjoyed the visit very much, and they really went the extra mile by accommodating my youngest by checking her again as she went first and was very happy and wanted to be checked again and start crying, and they did that for her, which is very much appreciated 🙏🏼

Taking your child to the dentist is never something you really look forward to but this visit was really good.

From the moment we arrived the staff were welcoming and friendly. The waiting area was clean and not over crowded. Our boys like to play with cars on the floor and can be a bit noisy but the lady on the reception desk was delightful as she engaged with us and our children.

We didn't at any point feel like we were a burden or causing a disturbance. Thank you!!

Then when my boys had their check ups, the dentist and assistant/nurse were really good at being friendly and gentle with my boys. They did everything slowly and carefully and explained everything as they went.

I would recommend this dental surgery to anyone, but especially those with little ones! Show less »
