Saw Nikki as as she was recommended to me by someone I trust. Only ever had Botox a couple of times and Nikki was a lot cheaper. I was nervous and hate needles but Nikki was incredible. She did the Botox very fast and it was perfect.
She suggested lip filler to me and I was sceptical but admitted I’d thought about it. I had ONE request- don’t make it look like I have lip filler!! Nikki NAILED it! I freaked out the next day as they were a little swollen but not one person can tell I’ve had them, my lips just look fuller and nicer, but still really natural.
Couldn’t recommend Nikki enough. If I get treatments again I’ll definitely return. Show less »

I love this lady work. The confidence she has given me back in my face is amazing. She doesn’t recommend any work. You don’t need to have done. She doesn’t try to push Work that you don’t need to have done and you just feel so relaxed that you’re in good hands. it’s amazing. I can't recommend Nicky at Perfect Aesthetics enough—she’s by far the best lip filler practitioner I’ve ever been to. After seeing various practitioners, including high-profile ones on Harley St, I always ended up bruised and disappointed. Nicky, however, is gentle, precise, and incredibly skilled, delivering results that truly last and look amazing.

What sets Nicky apart is how well she listens to your needs, with no pressure or judgment. She genuinely cares about giving you the look you want and nails it every time. I feel so confident in her hands, and her technique, especially with Revolax, is far superior to anything I've tried before. She’s approachable, warm, and her results speak for themselves.

I now happily drive 45 minutes from Totnes to Plymouth to see Nicky— the results worth travelling the extra distance and more! I’ve recommended her to everyone, and I regret not finding her sooner. I am so pleased i went to perfect aesthetics today, i have never had any kind of treatment like it before, i was put at complete ease and had the whole procedure explained and what to expect before nicola started, The shop was spotless and clearly hygiene is as important as the rest of the service. I am 6 hours post treatment and just overwhelmed at the difference already, i have no pain , no evidence that i have had needles in my face today and generally look years younger , i can’t recommend the business highly enough.
