Shawana was lovely and talked me through every step of my removal, she even stayed late past her finishing time to offer me the removal on the day and left my numbing cream on for longer as I'm a big wimp with pain! The removal was £200 in total, and I wish I had done it sooner. The removal itself smarted, but I knew I was in safe hands.

I had a really positive experience at Park Private Clinic and with Shawana, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.

From the start, she took the time to properly listen and talk me through all of the available treatment options, explaining everything clearly and honestly. What stood out most was how ethical and professional she was. Rather than pushing treatments that weren’t quite right for me, she was upfront about what she felt would and wouldn’t be suitable, which immediately made me feel comfortable and confident in her advice.

She was kind, approachable, and reassuring throughout the appointment, making the whole process feel calm and unpressured. It never felt rushed, and I genuinely felt that my best interests were the priority rather than being sold something unnecessary.

She is exactly the kind of practitioner you want treating you. Knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely caring. The clinic itself was welcoming and professional, and the overall experience felt thoughtful and well handled from start to finish.

Excellent service having a Venous lake on my upper lip removed. Process was quick, after care has been great and my only regret is waiting years to get it done! Extreamly friendly clinic with top tier service , highly recommended.

First of all I had two calls confirming my appointment that day. I turned up on time! And was told to sit in the waiting room , 10 minutes later the receptionist gave me some paperwork that I had already done online. 20 minutes later the lights went out and then a head popped around the door and said oh who are you? I told her my name and after waiting again was told to come to shawana’s room . Where shawana and her assistant are both wearing coats. I was offered laser treatment but I just said I wanted an extraction, no tools used , all that happened was a prick by a pin and a squeeze with her fingers and it was done (less than a minute) £80 later! I could have done that home myself . literally 20 seconds after leaving the clinic and sat in my car, shawana and her assistant left . Totally unprofessional that they were about to leave without know I was there, never going to use this clinic again. Show less »

Shawana is brilliant and so lovely and genuinely cannot thank her enough for her work with something which made me so conscious. Genuinely cannot believe the results already.

She put me at ease with the procedure.
Definitely will return for anything else in the future 🫶🏼✨

I was very anxious beforehand, as I'm rather squeamish about anything to do with my eyes and the laser treatment was to remove a large skin tag in a tricky position on my eyelid. However the procedure by Shawana was very quick and efficient, I can honestly say it only smarted a bit. Very compact scab is all that is visible after 4 days now and slight swellin... Show more »
