Claire, who carries out my treatments, is outstanding. She is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and reassuring, always taking the time to explain each stage of the process and tailor the treatment to me. Her calm, friendly manner instantly puts you at ease, and you can really feel the level of clinical expertise and care that the clinic prides itself on.
What stands out most is how consultation-led and personalised everything is. You never feel rushed! It’s clear they focus on understanding your needs and delivering treatments with precision, safety, and a real commitment to achieving the best possible results. As someone who returns regularly for PRP, I appreciate how much emphasis they place on professionalism, comfort, and evidence-based treatments.

For years I have been self conscious about my lack of chin and how my side profile looked. Always having to check photos before they were posted online to make sure ‘they’re at the right angle’ or ‘catch my good side’. For years I have also thought about getting some sort of aesthetics procedure done but I didn’t know where to start and it was all very intimidating.

When I realised Holly, a girl I knew from school worked in aesthetics, I knew she was my gal! - at least we’d have something to talk about right?
From the moment you walk in the door, you’re made to feel welcome and comfortable. Now, I hate needles but Holly explained every aspect of the procedure, what was going to happen and how it would feel. This really helped me feel at ease and she was absolutely spot on with everything! I wouldn’t say being stabbed in the face with a needle multiple times was completely pain free but it was nowhere near what I expected and thanks to Holly’s steady hands I experienced absolutely zero bruising afterwards!

Nothing short of absolute wizardry!
From the relatively pain free procedure itself to the results and this new found confidence I now have! - I couldn’t be more over the moon!

I contact Ness after I had Lip Filler complications from another Aesthetic practitioner. Lots of aesthetic practitioners had refused to see me or work on me. I contact Ness after I had Lip Filler complications from another Aesthetic practitioner. Lots of aesthetic practitioners had refused to see me or work on me. I knew from the 1st message I received from Ness that she was very professional and very experienced and her knowledge was amazing, she kept in contact until our appointment and she was just as friendly and kind in person along with the lovely Holly. I had lots of tears as I have had a traumatic time and these girls honestly made me feel like I had knew them forever. The service that Ness offers and we knowledge is outstanding. She has went above and beyond to help get me sorted. I travelled from Scotland to Carlisle and have decided that if I want treatments in the future I would make the journey again to get work from Ness and Holly as the are overall outstanding xx Show less »

As a postpartum mum I was always told to just accept ‘ that’s just what having babies does to you’ but that’s not the case. Ness and Holly are fighting for those mummy’s who want to feel and function as they did before. I’m currently going through a tummy transformation currently.. excited for the journey!

My experience with Oracle started with a message to Holly on Instagram, I told her I needed to “do something” but wasn’t sure what. She invited me in for a consultation to chat things through… she was so patient with me. I didn’t know what I needed to do but I just knew I didn’t look like myself anymore after a stressful few years. I looked tired! Holly chatted through my options… without any pressure. She looked at my whole face and suggested tweaks that could maybe help brighten things up a little.
Boy oh boy was she right. When I looked in that mirror after my treatment it was looking at myself again. Like I’d woken up from a big nap!
