I recently visited Paulina for full facial rejuvenation with the use of filler.

It was my first time having filler so I was a little nervous as I didn’t want to look “over done”

I explained my concerns to Paulina and my issue was with my lower face “jowls” due to weight-loss and ageing. My goal was to look slightly more lifted and I expressed I wanted a very natural look.

Paulina suggested around 4ml, which I was initially worried about as to me 4ml sounded like a lot, however I trusted her judgement as she assured me the result would be natural. Paulina placed the filler across my cheeks, chin, lips and smile lines.

Paulina was professional, confident and made me feel comfortable throughout.

Had my lips done beginning of October 2024 for the second time in my life. Prior to that I had 1ml a year before I had them done with Paulina at onyx atelier. Loved them at first even though the top lip was a bit big for the bottom lip. As time went on literally by December 2024 they had just totally collapsed when I smiled and lost shape. My right side was over filled completely. Always had weaker muscles on that side, as I smiled during the procedure so the “professional” would have seen this. I then booked a 30 minute “consultation” soon as I walked in she gave me about 3 minutes and I had to keep repeating myself that my lips are not right and I look like I’ve had a stroke also the top lip looks far to big. She kept trying to tell me it’s my face on my right side I did explain Yh it feels heavier than usual but she has over filled my lip on that side and it’s making it worse. She refused to fix or dissolve them and said I can go somewhere else after paying £200 only a few months back when I thought they would last at least 1 year. I went to another place and they was shocked it was onyx atelier that I’ve been to and I explained she told me to go fix them somewhere else. The practitioner felt and looked at my lips and noticed 2 bumps where it’s been over filled and she had partially dissolved them. That cost me another £125 for fixing someone else’s work. I would never go back here. I referred 3 other women in the past year that would have spent roughly £1500 at onyx atelier. I’ve also had Botox under my arms which was expensive and it didn’t work also. I did think she was professional when I seen her on instagram but after experiencing this I would say she is absolutely far from it and left me with botched lips.
