I have used this practice for many years and always found the service, treatment and care to be 1st class. My appointment last November was a reflection of previous appointments, I had avoided booking an appointment despite being in pain for a period of time, the cause was quickly isolated and treated accordingly without being uncomfortable, the issue was fully resolved, leaving me pain free. The practice and its staff have the patients best interest at heart and treat them as if they are the only customer they have. Dr Z is the only dentist I’d trust with my teeth - I was always phobic, from childhood, after some horrid experiences in the ‘60s, but Dr Z is always so warm and reassuring, I know I will be looked after. I’ve been with Old Harlow dental practice for many years, since they opened in fact. Dr Z is the only dentist I’d trust with my teeth - I was always phobic, from childhood, after some horrid experiences in the ‘60s, but Dr Z is always so warm and reassuring, I know I will be looked after. He has treated me as an NHS patient and I’ve also had some cosmetic work done privately with him and I would recommend him to anyone. The practice itself is staffed by the loveliest people, from reception to nurses. I chose to stay with them when I moved to Suffolk and I don’t regret it one bit. The drive is worth it! Show less »
