Zero care for customers. I am writing this review with after a few years, but I think it’s important people who consider this place know about my experience there.
I purchased a set of laser treatments just before covid, so I didn’t manage to use them all in the years of lockdown. By the time Covid restrictions finally lifted, my pack expired and the staff had no sympathy for the circumstances and did not agree to extend my treatment. I felt this was so unkind and unprofessional considering how difficult covid was for everyone.
I would also like to add that during the treatments, staff would point out my imperfections and suggest I get more treatments with them to fix those, which is just so unprofessional and unkind. Show less »

I recently visited for a skin treatment and Botox, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! My skin feels smoother, brighter, and more youthful than ever. I suffered burns and permanent scarring after a laser treatment at this clinic, when the practitioner used a different machine without consent or testing. The clinic dismissed my injuries as “skin irritation” despite GP confirmation they were burns, and refused me a refund. When I complained further, I received contradictory and even threatening responses instead of accountability. The business now claims “new ownership” but still trades under the same name and branding. Be very cautious — there are serious safety and accountability concerns here. Show less »

Maria Olah, gave me really excellent Botox treatment. As Maria is a qualified doctor, she is much more qualified than many of her contemporaries, who are able to perform the procedure, with nowhere near the level of training/experience Maria has acquired. Maria Olah, gave me really excellent Botox treatment.
As Maria is a qualified doctor, she is much more qualified than many of her contemporaries, who are able to perform the procedure, with nowhere near the level of training/experience Maria has acquired.
Maria also only offers realistic expectations, and is happy to spend her time, addressing any specific concerns you may have.
I would only have this procedure carried out by someone whom I trust implicitly, and from my direct experience, I would never consider using anyone else, apart from Maria, as she has really helped me get my confidence back, when I was going through a very difficult time. Show less »

RUN AWAY !!!!

Honestly avoid at all costs – for the sake of your time, money, and personal safety.
My experience with this laser hair removal service was far from legitimate; in fact, it felt like a complete scam.

Despite the fancy stamps al over their website a quick check revealed they are not recognized by Cynosure (the machine they use) as professional providers in the area. Moreover, their claim that I needed 10 sessions (and 8 for my boyfriend) starkly contradicts official recommendations of 3-6 sessions for effective results!!!

Having undergone laser hair removal before, I can confidently say this was unlike any other experience. From the get-go, they pushed a prepaid offer for 10 sessions on me. Thankfully I only paid for 3 . After just one session, it was clear something was off – my hair remained healthy in their place, showing no signs of the treatment's effectiveness.

When I reached out initially to express my concern the advise I received was random. They initially ensured me that results appear after 2 weeks. Then they said it will be after a month. Later they claimed that results won't appear at all in the first session( even though they knew it wasn't my first but they kept insisting)
When I asked for a refund, the situation worsened. They started accusing me multiple times of harassment and stopped responding to me, even after i sent an official complaint.
They responded after a month when my partner stopped going as well .

This place not only wastes your money but their lack of professionalism and knowledge in their supposed area of expertise is dangerously misleading. Show less »

I had about 6 sessions at another clinic in London but the result wasn’t that good. I also had lip fillers here and their doctor has done a good job. Overall I’m really happy with the treatments I had at this place. My mother also started having laser 2 weeks ago and she is amazed with the result after her first laser session.
