I had such a great experience having polyneucleotides . I was very nervous as I had this treatment previously at a different clinic and found it extremely painful . Kayleigh was so knowledgable and professional and did her upmost to make me calm and relaxed . My treatment was almost painless as she used a great technique to reduce the discomfort , and I couldn’t believe it was already over . I am looking forward to continuing my treatments with Nuskin and highly recommend to anyone that is looking for a knowledgable and highly skilled medical professional to help them with their skin concerns . Extremely disappointed and frankly shocked at the level of unprofessionalism.
I won a giveaway for International Women’s Day and was initially thrilled. I had booked in for my facial, only to be told on the very day that Kayleigh had come down with a sickness bug and needed to cancel. Fair enough — these things happen.

However, the exact same thing happened to my friend, who won the second part of the prize. Since then, we have both followed up multiple times with absolutely no response. I’ve sent messages via the business number, Facebook, Instagram, and even private messages — all completely ignored. My friend has experienced the same radio silence.

At this point, it’s clear that the prize is not going to be honoured, and that is incredibly disappointing. I was genuinely excited — I’ve never won anything before and this felt special. Instead, the whole thing has turned into a letdown and a prime example of how not to treat people who engage with your brand.

This isn’t just poor communication — it’s disrespectful, misleading, and deeply unprofessional. Show less »
