Had such a lovely experience today at Novo Clinic with Dr. Lamy. It was my first time having a cosmetic procedure, and I was naturally a bit nervous, but Dr. Lamy was amazing — so professional, kind, and reassuring. She really took the time to explain everything and made me feel completely at ease. The clinic has such a calm, welcoming vibe and the whole experience felt really personal and professional. Amazing experience from beginning to end. Felt really comfortable and looked after. Dr Lamy was professional and gave me great advice about what treatments would be best for me. I have been to other injectors and I have to say Dr Lamy has been the best by far. Great, natural results. Would highly recommend!

Had a wonderful experience with Dr Lamy, who listened to my concerns & delivered the exact results I wanted. I previously went to another clinic in Harley Street, but Novo had far cleaner facilities & felt more welcome.
