Commenting on behalf of my wife. Poor consultation, no procedural talk at all on arrival. Handed a long disclaimer form, led in to start injecting her face thats it! No friendly chat, reassurance or anything. Now her eyelids have dropped, she looks Chinese. Horrible experience. Zero stars if we could.

This is a very lovely location for treatment, with beautiful calm views of the finest countryside. The therapist is excellent and not hard sell. She is very good at injections and the results have been terrific for an affordable price. I have already recommended her to other people.

I didn't have a particularly good experience at this clinic, following a treatment by a qualified professional Dr Oskar Nawoj. The clinic itself is very clean and tidy, with a fantastic position and outlook. I can only describe the service that I received as well below that of a professional. Upon arrival the Dr's general attitude was quite abrupt and short, which considering the amount of money I paid for the treatment was disconcerting. However the most apparent thing came to light during the procedure where Dr Nawoj was leaning over me to carry out the injections. There was an overwhelming smell of alcohol resonating from the gentleman, which given he is working on people faces and carrying out aesthetic treatments, was deeply worrying. I can't say that I have been very happy with the work carried out either, (most likely due to being inebriated) as much of the treatment didn't work fully and there have been zero efforts to follow up, which you'd typically expect from a professional establishment.
