Recently attended the clinic for skin tag removals. Jackie outlined the process from start to finish including after care at home. Jackie and Melissa both engaged with the treatment and were very attentive and caring. The removal of the skin tags has already helped me to feel better in myself. Yes, there are further tags to remove albeit in a different location of the body, so I will be returning in due course to have these removed. I`m glad I chose Newcastle laser and Beauty. Show less »

Extremely disappointed!! I had an appointment with Jackie last year for three tattoo removals. During the session we decided it best that we left my largest piece for another time. Extremely disappointed!! I had an appointment with Jackie last year for three tattoo removals. During the session we decided it best that we left my largest piece for another time. I had already paid upfront and so the £30 difference was agreed to go towards my next appointment, but due to personal circumstances that was unable to happen as soon as id have liked. When recontacting Jackie regarding this to hopefully get booked in and have the £30 credit redeemed, I've been ignored. Avoid at all costs!!! I had a Hifu facial with Jackie 3 months ago , after a face to face consultation. She thoroughly explained the different facials and what to expect from each .
Jackie made me feel so comfortable . She was totally professional , reassuring and tailored the facial to my individual needs . Also gave me great advice about future treatments .
I’ve seen a significant improvement in my skin and will definitely be returning .

Jackie did the consultation initially and offered advice what I needed and instantly made me feel relaxed and at ease and answered any questions I had. Melissa her Daughter I met when I went for the treatment and again everything was explained again. I had plasma pen for skin tags i had on my neck and Moles on my face. I had 6 areas treated. It was nearly painless but completely bearable. The aftercare has been amazing with them checking in to see how I'm getting on and any advice I need and also healing as described. They are lovely ladies and have a wonderful beauty place that caters for all your needs that is clean and Such a beautiful relaxing place to visit and i will be back. Thank you again 😊 Show less »
