I had Invisalign treatment with Dr. Monsur Hannan and was dissatisfied with the experience. I am using an alias for privacy. While I was satisfied with the initial consultation, subsequent appointments were rushed and the teeth shaving (IPR) was roughly done, leading to these areas being very prone to staining to this day. In some appointments, it was obvious that cleaning was required around the attachments, but this was only done when specifically requested and it was done hurriedly leaving rough marks on my teeth. Due to this poor service, I did not continue with the refinement trays despite this being included. Attachments were poorly removed, leaving residue and rough marks on my teeth. Following this, I asked Dr. Hannan if an appointment with the hygienist can be included to further clean my teeth, but he advised I would have to pay for that which I did but I should not have been charged for that because it was only necessary due to Dr. Hannan’s poor workmanship. Even now after multiple hygienist appointments, remnants of the attachments and rough marks on my teeth remain. Dr. Hannan lacks attention to detail and does poor work in a rushed manner but he cunningly masks this with politeness. I strongly recommend against using Dr. Hannan for Invisalign treatment. First Visit – A Surprisingly Positive Experience!

I had my first-ever visit to New River Dental in Enfield today, and like many people, I was a bit nervous—dentist appointments can be daunting! But from the moment I arrived, the team made me feel completely at ease. The ladies at reception, Dr. Dami, and the nurse were all incredibly warm, friendly, and professional. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients.

Dr. Dami took the time to explain everything clearly during my examination, including treatment options, pricing, and next steps. We agreed on a treatment plan that starts next week, and I actually left feeling excited about it—which I never thought I’d say about dental work!

What could have been a scary experience turned into something really positive. I walked out smiling and feeling confident. I highly recommend New River Dental to anyone looking for a caring, customer-focused practice. They’re absolutely lovely!

A wonderful friendly practise, both myself and my mum have just had our first treatments there, we were both nervous but the receptionist Annette was so lovely making us feel relaxed and welcome. Mon the dentist is the best, so down to earth, I could ask as many questions as I needed to feel confident and comfortable about the work I needed. Explained what he was doing and so kind. His assistant was so lovely making me feel very cared for.
