the owner is absolutely lovely, acrylics are good quality here and are not damaging unlike other places. the hairdresser i am normally booked in with is really good with me and my mums hair and does a great job, however theres been a couple of occasions that I’ve had another lady who has been quite rude while doing my hair, and dictating what style / how short to cut it saying things like “no this will look better on you” and nothing to do with hair health,

when i had an acrylics appointment one time, the lady on the phone didn’t book my appointment correctly and gave the owner about 30 minutes to do acrylics and didn’t ask what sort of decals i wanted at all.
She had to rush my nails and they didn’t end up turning out as I wanted them to, however I wasn’t too disappointed and just ended up brushing it off in the end

I also had a bit of a scare as I forgot they only take cash and had to rush to the bank, and when I returned in tears, the lady on the desk was completely dismissive and rude, didn’t even look at me and yanked the money out of my hand while i had clearly been crying quite badly and didn’t care to ask if i was okay

This was the same lady who was quite bossy over my hair and I really do hope she gets fired because she seems to be causing this place a lot of issues.

I gave a 4 star rating because the salon is very high quality and has a lovely owner but there clearly lacks some monitoring of behaviour Show less »

i got pierced about 3 months ago my helix and nose stud and both of the piercings have fallen out one in the shower and one in my sleep without me touching them other than spraying to clean. i rang about the issue as it is no fault of mine whether the balls they put on were faulty but they said i could get it repierced and pay full price. bad customer servic... This is the worst piercing place I have ever been to in my life!! I would never go here ever again! At first, I thought they were okay; they seemed friendly, seemed like they knew what they were doing…man was I wrong. My piercing immediately flared up. I have been dealing with two ugly, massive painful irritation bumps on my ear for over 2 years now. I’m awa... Show more »

This is the worst piercing place I have ever been to in my life!! I would never go here ever again! At first, I thought they were okay; they seemed friendly, seemed like they knew what they were doing…man was I wrong. My piercing immediately flared up. I have been dealing with two ugly, massive painful irritation bumps on my ear for over 2 years now. I’m aware that this is the risk with any piercings but I’ve been back twice and they barely paid me any attention and pretty much just sent me away. I went back to my original piercer who did all of my others (all 7 are completely fine) and they were so shocked and said that it was Pierced completely wrong and was likely to never settle down. They kindly took it out for me and I’m hoping after 2 years the bumps will now finally settle down and I won’t be in pain anymore.
