I’ve had several treatments with them, but my all time favourites are the laser hair removal and facials. Natalie takes the time to tailor each facial to exactly what my skin needs, and the results speak for themselves. They’re not only relaxing but have truly transformed my skin.

The home care advice I’ve received has also made such a difference to my routine. My skin has never looked or felt better.

My sister and I had a poor experience here unfortunately. Natalie seemed intent on hiding behind policies rather than providing a good customer experience. My sister and I had a poor experience here unfortunately. Natalie seemed intent on hiding behind policies rather than providing a good customer experience. A response has been given by the clinic below which doesn’t quite add up and I would have hoped a beauty clinic would guide you through the patch test required rather than say 24 hours before we hadn’t had the right one and refuse to move or change an appointment. The onus is also on the clinic to ensure the correct patch test has been done ahead of the appointment.. I think in this case correct attention hadn’t been paid to what had been booked in and blame was passed to us which doesn’t seem right. Just want to shout loudly about this as it’s really appalling customer service and needs to be improved. Show less »

The owner, Natalie, then pushed to ensure she cancelled the appointment and kept my deposit (£33). She refused to talk on the phone and instead communicated through a very firmly w... Show more »

Really shocked by my experience with what I thought was a reputable beauty clinic. Due to a misunderstanding with having the wrong patch test I wasn’t able to have my appointment. The owner, Natalie, then pushed to ensure she cancelled the appointment and kept my deposit (£33). She refused to talk on the phone and instead communicated through a very firmly worded email. A bizarre experience, which could have been dealt with far more amicably to reschedule or refund.. and keep a keen new customer. I’d be wary when booking as there’s a risk they’ll keep your deposit and hide behind their refund policy. Show less »
