⭐️ AVOID THIS PLACE — I left genuinely upset and shocked by how I was treated ⭐️
I bought a Groupon for classic lash extensions at the end of October 2025 and booked my appointment for November 2025.
Later, I needed to reschedule to December 2025 , so I used the Fresha link they originally sent me. Closer to the time salon called me and told me that Groupon customers must ONLY reschedule directly with them, otherwise they get charged fees.
To cooperate, I cancelled the Fresha booking, deleted the account exactly as they advised & rebooked with them directly(again).
But when I showed up(today) I was told there was NO appointment, NO record of my name, and NO communication from me at all. I was stunned. The woman kept demanding “proof” of everything, even though she was the one who called me to reschedule. She wouldn’t acknowledge her own call or take any responsibility.
I left feeling embarrassed, upset, and completely dismissed. The attitude and denial were unbelievable — it felt like they were trying to make it look like I did something wrong.
This whole experience was draining and incredibly unprofessional.
Honestly, this feels like a scam. Please save yourself the stress and avoid this place. Show less »

Absolutely outstanding, professional and attentive work. I had microblading and am totally impressed with Nasim. What a lovely lady.
I SHALL be back for more treatments as her prices are very competitive indeed.

Absolutely incredible BIAB at this salon! I can’t stop staring at my nails. The attention to detail is amazing too no uneven gel on the sides (common in other salons). Yes it takes a bit longer but I’m happy to have it done well. This salon will be my regular now as I’m new to the area! X

I came to this clinic for laser hair removal . I was sceptical that it would do anything , but the results have been excellent. I had 6 sessions and I have gone from having to pull thick black hairs out every day , to finding the occasional small hair . It's made a world of difference and saved me so much time everyday. Nasim has become a trusted friend in my eyes, down to her welcoming and friendly personality. Honestly didn’t expect such good results!
I’ve done a few sessions of laser for may back and chest and shoulders.Its been super effective and way less painful than I thought.
This clinic is clean professional and they make you feel really comfortable.
Highly recommended it to any guy thinking about starting LASER.

Today I had an amazing relaxing day with a lovely lady, Nasim. I had individual semi-permanent extensions lashes. She is a delightful, warm, and lovely young lady. She is extremely professional and precise in her work. I' d highly recommend.

I’m so happy that I found Nasim , she made me feel very comfortable from the first visit.
I’ve had two laser hair removal treatments and already seeing amazing results.

She is very professional and friendly , offer other great beauty advice and tips. I am booking other beauty treatments with Nasim and would recommend her to my friends.
