Her knowledge on hair was amazing, from what shampoo/conditioners to the style that would suit me/my hair.
I've been to a few salons over the years and it's never quite how I expected or what I wanted but I honestly could of cried when I saw my hair. It is beautiful. I'm so pleased with how she's cut and styled it.

I'm so glad I found this place
Will definitely be returning for not only hair but nails and beauty treatments too.

I had a lovely experience at the clinic with Saima. I had a head spa treatment and came out feeling so relaxed. She was very knowledgable and gave me advice on hair care and she was also very welcoming and kind. I will be going again for more treatments and highly recommend the clinic.

I took my wife to this clinic and she has had quite a few treatments, haircuts, eyebrows, Japanese head spa, and waxing. She’s always very happy with the results! We’ve been a few times now and will definitely be returning. Sam really knows her work and always puts my wife at ease. Highly recommended!!!

The threading was neat and perfectly shaped, and the waxing was smooth with good quality products that did not irritate the skin. A special mention to the owner, who is extremely polite, friendly, and professional. She pays attention to every client and ensures complete satisfaction.
Overall, the service quality is excellent, the environment is relaxing, and the prices are reasonable for the level of work they provide. I’ve been getting waxes at Naked Skin Aesthetics for the past few months, and I highly recommend Sam! She’s always so attentive and makes sure I feel completely comfortable and well looked after during every appointment. I’m really glad that Cradley Heath now has such a great salon!

Since my usual salon closed I have tried several places for eyebrow shaping & tinting, many were good but Sam really understood what I wanted with regards to shape and colour. I have since tried other treatments here and this has now become my new regular salon. I would recommend it to anyone.

She has done my haircuts and my daughter haircut however she is so amazing with kids as first time I booked my niece who is 3 years old for a full wash,cut and blowdry experience and Saima was so amazing with her as well as with my 8 year old daughter who has had her haircut 3x since 2023. They loved there new looks and got many praises from our family and friends. As I suffer from anxiety and depression i don't go out house havnt been to hairdressers for couple of years she made me feel so comfortable and kept asking me if I was OK. Would recommend 💯 % . Tried here for the first time after hearing good reviews from other people and the woman was really professional and nice about how she was going about cutting my hair and keeping me well informed. My hair is looking and feeling a lot healthier and she gave me exactly what i was looking for. Definitely coming back!!
