I have been going to Selena for the past 2 years.
The customer care that she delivers is impeccable, from the moment you walk through the door to the moment you leave, you feel cared for and at ease.
Her work is amazing, and always reassured you, and gives her best advice to what you need.
I have previously come from another practitioner which there was no customer care at all and felt like she was just doing as many clients as possible and trying to earn the most money. I’m so glad I switched to My Aesthetics South Wales, the work is great and I always feel amazing when I leave.

I would highly recommend getting treatment at this salon. Selena is very friendly and knowledgeable about the treatments she offers. I always find it very painful having lip enhancement treatment, but my experience at the salon was much better than all others I had been to previously. I would highly recommend getting treatment at this salon. Selena is very friendly and knowledgeable about the treatments she offers. I always find it very painful having lip enhancement treatment, but my experience at the salon was much better than all others I had been to previously. She allowed me to have breaks throughout the treatment to view my lips so I could achieve the exact size and shape that I wanted. I've had two appointments with Selena now and they won't be my last! I travelled from Swansea to be seen by her because of the amazing reviews and she definitely lived up to the hype! I've had two appointments with Selena now and they won't be my last! I travelled from Swansea to be seen by her because of the amazing reviews and she definitely lived up to the hype! She talked me through my procedure, answered my million questions and was so knowledgeable about the whole process. During my appointment she made me feel at ease, also chatting away like we were old school friends (I've only met her twice). Highly recommended her.
