I’ve just got back from having 3 teeth extracted with Dr Al-Hashemi, his assistant & a trainee. They were all amazing and so was the lovely receptionist. I’ve just got back from having 3 teeth extracted with Dr Al-Hashemi, his assistant & a trainee. They were all amazing and so was the lovely receptionist. I have never had teeth out in the chair before so I was naturally quite nervous. It was pain free with the numbing injections. It took about 7 minutes start to end and I couldn’t feel a thing, you just hear the noises of the tools. I was spoken through every stage before and during the procedure, and they all checked in with me throughout to make sure I was okay. The kind lady on reception was so welcoming and also made sure I was okay after the extractions and spoke me through some aftercare. Lovely practice that I would recommend to anyone. 5 star superlative experience one that I haven’t come across in 25 years The doctor and his team here certainly seem to know what they’re doing and I sincerely hope the NHS contract continues and flourishes. This gentleman is extremely intelligent in their profession and I haven’t seen confidence and work like this for a very long time.
The whole ambience and presentation of the business is a clear benchmark of how it should be done.

Was referred here for a tooth removal. The receptionist was very caring and explained everything and the dental nurse was lovely talking to me whilst the injections were numbing my gums. Mr Shawqi was to busy talking to assistant about a bike crash from years ago and didn't let the numbing injection cut in as he started pulling my tooth out when I could still feel everything. That was the most pain I've ever felt in my life and he couldn't even get it out right and left parts of my tooth still in my mouth afterwards. Absolutely horrible expe... Show more »

I was very nervous, however all the staff and the dental surgeon, Mr Shawqi Al-Hashemi, put me at ease. Although the treatment itself was intense, I was treated gently and with care. The surgery is well equipped, the surroundings comfortable, and the staff polite and professional. My treatment is ongoing, but I know that I will be looked after well. Show less »
