I visited modality spa soho road 31st October I saw Doctor Ratti because I was concerned I had a nasty lesion on my toe he reassured me that it was nothing sinister I’ve been using this place now for a few years now as NHS waiting times are so long! I would definitely be using be visiting again if needs be

I had a very positive experience during my recent surgery to remove a lipoma on my left hand performed by Dr. S. Ratu at Clinic Modality. Dr. Ratu made the entire process enjoyable by his exceptional patient care and communication.

From the moment I arrived, Dr. Ratu took the time to talk to me and ensure I was comfortable with the procedure. He patiently answered all of my questions, providing me with a clear and thorough explanation of the surgery. This approach greatly reduced my anxiety and uncertainty.

Additionally, I want to express my gratitude for Dr. Ratu's willingness to assist me with the necessary documentation for my university. I needed a letter to address my attendance due to the surgery, and he was open and accommodating in providing this support.

Overall, Dr. S. Ratu's professionalism, communication, and care made my surgery experience a positive one. I would highly recommend Dr. Ratu and Clinic Modality for their excellent service and patient-centered approach.

Dreadful customer service. Have been chasing up an appointment since last 6months. They are happy to take your money to see the doctor but when it comes to treatment nothing happens. So many delays. Receptionist was rude and not at all accommodating. Dont waste your money or time. There is no parking on site either.

I had my very first experience of botox and fillers in December for a Christmas gift. I was so nervous and anxious as never done anything like this before.
