Top end clinic with highly trained and knowledgeable therapists. The treatments were tailored to address all my specific concerns and needs and the therapists were all so lovely. I have never been to a clinic were I was educated about skincare and treatments, and which would be most beneficial to me and provide me with the most optimal results, and indeed which treatments would not. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to find a clinic to address the ageing process without having to feel the pressure of a hard sell on the most expensive treatments. Left the clinic feeling positive about my skin and a lot more educated about a skincare regime. So worth the visit and will be back! Show less »

The whole thing was super quick and didn’t hurt at all. The area healed perfectly and the results are even better than I expected. I have been a client at Mi:Skin for several months and have found the quality of treatment and professionalism from the practitioners to be consistently high. I have been a client at Mi:Skin for several months and have found the quality of treatment and professionalism from the practitioners to be consistently high. The clinic has also been flexible in accommodating my needs, which I appreciate.

That said, I do feel let down by how my initial consultation was handled. I was told that SQT could only be booked as a course of 4, which led me to commit to a 12-month membership. I wasn’t made aware that single sessions were actually available at the time (albeit at a higher price).

When I raised these concerns, I didn’t feel truly heard. While the clinic remained polite no real effort was made to meet me halfway or offer a gesture of goodwill.

While I wouldn’t discourage others from booking here, I do think clearer communication and a more empathetic approach to client feedback would make a big difference. Show less »
