Yesterday I had my non-surgical rhinoplasty done by the lovely Lucy. Instantly felt at ease in the clinic, was beautiful, clean and smelt amazing!! (I need to know their defuser haha) It was my first time having anything aesthetic done & with a fear of needles Lucy did everything she could to put my nerves to rest. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the lovely Julia on reception, who always makes me feel so welcome and comfortable and kindly offered me a drink. The whole experience was calm, professional, and so reassuring.

From the moment I entered the beautiful salon I felt super relaxed and welcomed. The lovely lady on reception was smiley and welcoming and chatted to me whilst waiting which really made me feel at ease.
The treatments I had were virtually pain free and Sasha was super gentle in her technique, I hadnt realised what a giant impact such small tweakments could make but when I looked in that mirror post treatment, I was genuinely shocked at what a positive difference it had made.
My face still looked lovely and natural but a little more plump and healthy and my nose much more pleasing to the eye - i am due to be married in a week and was conscious about my side profile on my wedding pictures which was giving me anxiety about having them done, but since my treatment i havent considered this once and feel so much more confident with my nose.
Sasha was amazing at discussing what I hoped to get out of the appointment, as well as aftercare and talked me through what she was doing as she went.
It was a really lovely experience and I absolutely would 100% recommend.

It was my very first time getting my lips done, so I was really nervous walking in — but Kerry, my aesthetician, was incredible from start to finish. She took the time to explain every step of the procedure clearly, from how the filler works to what to expect during and after the treatment. She was so gentle, calming, and professional that my nerves disappeared within minutes.

Kerry really listened to what I wanted — I told her I loved my natural lip shape but just wanted a bit more volume and balance — and she absolutely nailed it. She managed to enhance my lips while keeping their natural shape perfectly. I honestly have my dream lips now, and I couldn’t be happier with the result!

The whole team at Ministry of Faces made the experience so welcoming and comfortable. A special thank you to Julie for making me the most delicious hot chocolate while I waited — such a lovely touch that made me feel completely at ease.

If you’re thinking about getting your lips done for the first time, I can’t recommend Ministry of Faces (and Kerry!) enough. Professional, kind, and genuinely talented — 10/10 experience. 💋 Show less »

as soon as i got there i was greeted by one of the lovely practitioners who put me at ease when i told her i was feeling nervous!
I was booked in with Sasha and she sat down with me to discuss what outcome im looking for and we discussed what’s best for my face anatomy. Sasha was so incredibly educated on every topic which immediately made me feel so much more comfortable as i could tell she was very good at and knowledgeable about her work.
I had tear trough, jaw and lip filler and i am so over the moon with the results, ive never felt so confident!

I had lip filler and a non surgical rhinoplasty and I am so so obsessed with the results. I have been insecure about my side profile for as long as I can remember, and Sasha transformed my face while making me still look so natural. She was so patient with me while I needed some breaks and I felt so comfortable chatting away to her. Compared to experiences with different providers, you can tell Sasha genuinely knew exactly what she was talking about and it just put me so much at ease. She was also on hand straight away when I had nerves post injection, and really put my mind at rest.

The lady at reception was so sweet and welcoming, I'm so sorry I didn't catch her name! I'm so happy with my lip filler and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you 🥰 Show less »
