It was my very first time getting my lips done, so I was really nervous walking in — but Kerry, my aesthetician, was incredible from start to finish. She took the time to explain every step of the procedure clearly, from how the filler works to what to expect during and after the treatment. She was so gentle, calming, and professional that my nerves disappeared within minutes.

Kerry really listened to what I wanted — I told her I loved my natural lip shape but just wanted a bit more volume and balance — and she absolutely nailed it. She managed to enhance my lips while keeping their natural shape perfectly. I honestly have my dream lips now, and I couldn’t be happier with the result!

The whole team at Ministry of Faces made the experience so welcoming and comfortable. A special thank you to Julie for making me the most delicious hot chocolate while I waited — such a lovely touch that made me feel completely at ease.

as soon as i got there i was greeted by one of the lovely practitioners who put me at ease when i told her i was feeling nervous!
I was booked in with Sasha and she sat down with me to discuss what outcome im looking for and we discussed what’s best for my face anatomy. Sasha was so incredibly educated on every topic which immediately made me feel so much more comfortable as i could tell she was very good at and knowledgeable about her work.
I had tear trough, jaw and lip filler and i am so over the moon with the results, ive never felt so confident!

I had my first ever filler experience at Ministry of Faces today and I could not have asked for a better experience!! Julia on reception made me feel so welcome and helped me with my first time nerves, and Sasha my practitioner was absolutely incredible. I felt so calm going in and the place is beautiful! I had lip filler and a non surgical rhinoplasty and I am so so obsessed with the results. I have been insecure about my side profile for as long as I can remember, and Sasha transformed my face while making me still look so natural. She was so patient with me while I needed some breaks and I felt so comfortable chatting away to her. Compared to experiences with different providers, you can tell Sasha genuinely knew exactly what she was talking about and it just put me so much at ease. She was also on hand straight away when I had nerves post injection, and really put my mind at rest.
