I was looking to try my first ever hollywood sugaring and heard good things about this place so decided to try it.
There is only 1 lady there that does the sugaring and she seemed quite stern but friendly.
I was feeling quite nervous and hoped the lady would help put me at ease.
She proceeded to tell me that I "must have a really hairy gene in my family" and told me I was the worst client she had.
I was feeling quite proud of myself as I felt I was doing so much better than I was expecting, I wasn't getting in the way of her job and wasn't fidgeting or being too loud. This comment felt like a kick in the teeth for a nervous first timer.

I left feeling deflated and when I got home noticed there was still loads of hair that she hadn't removed.

Would not recommend for the sugaring unfortunately. Cannot comment on the other servuces that they offer. Show less »

I had my lashes done with Becky and it was such a great experience! She was really helpful in informing me what lashes I should get and what style would suit me best as it’s been a while since I had them. She really took her time and they feel such amazing quality. Really friendly and lovely conversation during the appointment - will definitely be back!

Filled in their contact us form on the website, no response after a week so phoned up, and was told someone would call me back. No call back, never heard anything. Was looking for another local clinic to carry on my laser hair, along with other treatments. I’ll take my business elsewhere

Booked an appointment and then was phoned asking to come in half an hour later which was fine. When I arrived I was left waiting for half an hour with no explanation. The process of the manicure was fine, but my cuticles were not done leaving them looking unfinished. The gel it’s self was not put on thick enough so is patchy.

Friendly atmosphere, treatments are very high quality.
Yes I would go back even with the cost of driving to get there.
