I was really anxious, but she immediately put me at ease — and honestly, the treatment was completely pain-free! I couldn’t believe how comfortable I felt. Mel talked to me the whole way through, constantly checking in to make sure I was okay and that we were getting the results I wanted. She genuinely listened to what I was hoping for and made sure everything was tailored to me.

Mel is a true perfectionist - from the care she takes during the treatment to the amazing results. The whole experience was flawless, and I’m absolutely over the moon with my lips. Natural, subtle, and exactly what I wanted!
