I’ve been coming to this clinic for laser hair treatments and the Fotona eye treatment, and honestly, every visit is such a treat. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with the kind of warmth and attention that makes you feel completely at ease — like you’ve walked into a friend’s home where they happen to be experts in skincare and aesthetics.

Magdalena is absolutely lovely. She’s so accommodating and genuinely sweet — we always have the nicest conversations, and she makes you feel so well cared for. They’ll make you a beautifully refined cup of tea, offer you a sweet treat, and create an atmosphere that’s just so cozy and comforting.

And beyond the hospitality, they’re true professionals. You can tell the whole team is highly certified and deeply knowledgeable. Katarina, who does my laser hair treatments, is incredible — she’s super thorough and intentional with every session. She makes sure to cover every inch of my head, and the experience is always comfortable with minimal downtime. Best of all, I’ve seen amazing results.

They’re also really flexible with scheduling, which has made it so easy to keep up with my treatments. And with the wide range of services they offer, I always leave curious (and excited) about what I could try next.

A magical place.

First of all I would like to emphasize that the clinic offers an incredible atmosphere of peace and relaxation that we so much lack in our daily lives. Silence and at the same time a great empathy, makes you feel not like a product on a production line (as is the case in many other places offering similar services), but like a valuable person.
Another important aspect is that in this clinic every procedure is treated very seriously and no one will persuade you to undergo procedures that are completely unnecessary for you or that could in any way threaten your health or life. Therefore it is very clear that the clinic is not only focused on profits but also on your well-being and your health.

I used the Fotona 4D service and this service did not end with the procedure itself, which includes the list of services performed, but also extended to my personal dental problem. After the first session, the improvement in the quality of my skin was clearly visible and this treatment definitely took a few good years off my face, both visible and mental.
What's more, I was able to come for the procedure on Sunday, which was very important for me. My procedure was performed by Ms. Magdalene, a person with great knowledge and incredible empathy for other people. During these visits I greatly expanded my knowledge about aesthetic treatments. Her knowledge and experience definitely goes beyond the average standards (not only in the field of aesthetic medicine knowledge but also general knowledge related to our health), which was of great importance to me.

I will definitely come back to this clinic and especially to Ms. Magdalene and I also recommend this clinic with full awareness. Show less »
